Refund policy

Purchases you make are covered by our Purchase Protection policies. Simply let us know within 14days of your order being shipped if:

  • Item not received (An item is considered “not received” if an item is not received by the buyer within 14 days after the seller ships the order.)

  • Item was damaged during shipping

  • Item is completely different from what was ordered

While we do not offer a cash refund, we will ship the correct item should any of the above issues occur.

On a case-by-case basis we offer store credit.
