Item not received (An item is considered “not received” if an item is not received by the buyer within 14 days after the seller ships the order.)
Item was damaged during shipping
Item is completely different from what was ordered
While we do not offer a cash refund, we will ship the correct item should any of the above issues occur.
On a case-by-case basis we offer store credit.
